Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Numerita LLC (“we”), the maker of the NumeriSnap app. By using NumeriSnap you agree to them. Questions: hola.numerita@gmail.com.

What NumeriSnap does

NumeriSnap helps you photograph receipts, record income and expenses, and prepare summaries for your taxes. It reads receipts automatically, and you are responsible for checking that every entry is correct before you rely on it.

Not tax, legal or financial advice

NumeriSnap organizes your records. It does not file taxes and does not give tax, legal or financial advice. Categories, Schedule C lines and set-aside estimates are suggestions. Talk to a tax professional about your situation.

Your data

Your books are stored on your phone. If you sign in, they are also backed up to your private account. You own your data. Keep your own backups (More › Download backup); we are not responsible for data lost when a phone is lost, reset or the app is deleted without a backup. How we handle data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Subscription

  • NumeriSnap is offered as an auto-renewing subscription: $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year (US dollars), or the local price shown in the store.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel it in your phone’s subscription settings (iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions; Android: Google Play › Payments & subscriptions).
  • Trucker add-on (Android): $5.99 per month or $49.99 per year, charged on top of the NumeriSnap subscription, which it needs to work. It renews and is cancelled the same way.
  • New subscribers may get a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the plan you chose starts and is charged. One free trial per person.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Acceptable use

Use NumeriSnap only for lawful purposes and only for your own records. Don’t copy, resell, reverse-engineer or interfere with the app or its services.

No warranty

NumeriSnap is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that automatic reading will always be correct.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Numerita LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, tax penalties or lost data arising from your use of NumeriSnap. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for NumeriSnap in the 12 months before the claim.

Apple

If you downloaded NumeriSnap from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms; we will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app. You can stop using NumeriSnap and delete your account at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Numerita LLC is organized.
