Delete your account

You can delete your NumeriSnap account and all of your backed-up data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open NumeriSnap.
2. Tap More, then Account and backup.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your account and everything backed up to it: entries, categories, receipt photos and, if you use the Trucker add-on, invoices, per diem days, mileage entries and their photos. It can’t be undone.

By email

If you can’t open the app, email hola.numerita@gmail.com from the address on your account (or tell us the Apple or Google account you signed in with) and write “Delete my account”. We delete the account and its data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What stays on your phone

Deleting your account doesn’t erase the books saved on your phone. To remove those too, delete the NumeriSnap app. If you never signed in, we don’t hold any of your data, so there is nothing for us to delete.

To cancel a subscription, use your phone’s subscription settings; deleting the account doesn’t cancel it.
